THE PROCESS

1. Select a property.

2. Call our Office Manager, Corbett Coats: (843) 971 - 1695. Have all your questions answered and make an appointment.

3. If you choose to rent a property, call our office and notify Corbett Coats.

4. Download the PDF Application File from this website and complete. Email or mail to our office.

5. $100 is required to hold the property of your choice. This WILL NOT be in addition to your first month's rent.

6. The background check and application will be reviewed. The application fee is $35 non-refundable dollars per applicant.

7. Once approved, we will complete the lease process. A lease example can be seen by downloading the PDF file on this site.

8. Security deposit, pet deposit and first month's rent due.

9. Typically security deposit is first month's rent and pet deposit is $150 per pet. These prices are subject to change.

10. Make appointment to sign leases, exchange keys and receive any additional information.

11. Finally, move in, complete a move-in checklist and walk-through with our staff and you are off to enjoy your new home!
