Mark is Property Manager-in-Charge and the subject matter expert in rental properties. He graduated from North Carolina State University and joined the Air Force. Mark is in active service in the Reserves as a Lieutenant Colonel and C-17 pilot but spends most his time raising his family, scuba diving and building his business. Mark is the proud father of two.
History
Air Force Reservists and owners of Tin Roof Properties, LLC (TRP), Mark Johnson and Jason Williams have been managing and investing in properties, personally and professionally, over the past 10 years. TRP was established in early 2008 and over the past two years has steadily increased in size and scope. TRP now manages over 60+ dwelling units in the Lowcountry and has managed many of these properties, for the same owners, for several years. TRP's experienced staff is exceptional in Leasing, Maintenance, Financial Reporting and Customer Service.
Co-owner and Resident Real Estate Agent
Vice-President and Co-Owner and Tin Roof Properties, LLC. Jason is the real estate arm of the business as a licensed South Carolina Real Estate Agent. He graduated from Purdue University and also joined the Air Force and is an active C-17 pilot and officer in the Reserves at Charleston AFB. Jason and his family live in Mount Pleasant, SC and enjoy travel and music.
Office Manager/ Broker-in-Charge
As TRP grew, Coats was added to our team in 2009. Corbett is from Charleston, SC and attended the College of Charleston. Upon graduation, she attended The Charleston School of Law and completed her degree. Coats is an important asset to our team and an expert in the rental property process.
